During my externship at the Ritz-Carlton, I discovered a passion for sushi after volunteering at the sushi bar—quickly learning the craft while engaging guests, including notable figures.
Seeking a more culinary-driven environment, I joined Parallax in Cleveland. There, I was promoted to Head Sushi Chef, a pivotal role that allowed me to refine my style, lead the sushi program, and build the foundation for my career in Japanese cuisine.

Christina Osborne is a restaurateur and business owner with a passion for building community through food. After several years in banking, her path took a new direction when she connected with a sushi chef—sparking a deep appreciation for the craft and the industry. That moment set the course for what would become a thriving career in hospitality.
Today, Christina and her partner Carmen operate their sushi restaurant, having successfully grown their business and navigated the challenges of the pandemic with resilience and determination.
A proud mother of four—Christopher, Callista, Joe, and Lucy—Christina lives in Shaker Heights with Carmen, their dog Houdini, and their guinea pig Max. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, paddle boarding, and is an avid yogi, bringing balance and energy into all aspects of her life.
